ollo Mobile App

Our ollo platform is built mobile-first because most account holders access live-dealer tables, sportsbook markets, and slot games from their phones rather than desktop computers. We at ollo recognise this shift: a native Android app offers faster load times, offline account data caching, and push notifications for live events. An iOS browser-based experience delivers the same games and account functions without the need for app-store approval. Both paths are designed to work smoothly on networks common in Southeast Asia, including lower-bandwidth scenarios where our compression and lazy-loading techniques keep data usage minimal.

Whether you access ollo on an Android phone, iPhone, or desktop web browser, your account, transaction history, and game preferences sync across all devices. We handle this synchronisation server-side, so your account balance and KYC status are always current. When you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment, the confirmation appears on whichever device you are using at the moment. Withdrawals are processed in real time, subject to standard verification windows. Your login credentials and password are encrypted; we never store them in plain text, whether you access ollo from a mobile app or web browser.

This page explains how to install ollo on Android, access ollo on iOS, understand app versus browser trade-offs, and troubleshoot common issues. We also outline data security, permissions, and how ollo handles your personal information on mobile devices.

How to Access ollo: Android, iOS, and Web

We at ollo offer three paths to access our platform: a native Android APK (direct download, no Google Play Store required), an iOS web app accessed through Safari or other browsers (no App Store submission delay), and a responsive web version accessible from any desktop or mobile browser. All three paths lead to the same account, the same games, and the same security standards.

  • 4
Deposit and start using olloFund your account via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer. Browse live-dealer games, sportsbook markets covering Liga 1 and Piala AFF, or slots. All transactions and account data sync across your devices.

App versus Browser: When to use each

Our ollo native Android app offers several advantages: push notifications alert you to live events (e.g., Liga 1 matches reaching half-time, new Piala AFF odds), offline account caching displays your balance and transaction history even without internet connection (data refreshes when you reconnect), and faster load times for games thanks to optimised rendering. The Android app also supports low-data mode, which compresses images and disables video auto-play, ideal for users in areas with slower networks.

The iOS browser and web versions deliver the same full feature set—all live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus), sportsbook markets, and account management—without requiring app installation. Browser-based access is valuable if you prefer not to grant app permissions, want to switch devices quickly, or need to access ollo from a device where the app is not available. Our responsive design ensures the browser experience is smooth on both small and large screens.

Device Compatibility, Permissions, and Troubleshooting

Device and OS requirements

Our ollo Android app requires Android 7.0 or later. Most phones manufactured in the last five years meet this standard. For iOS, we support Safari, Chrome, and other browsers on iOS 12 or later. Web access works on any device with a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) released in the past three years. If you are using an older device or operating system, you may experience slowness or missing features; we recommend upgrading your OS or using a newer device for the best ollo experience.

Permissions and security

When you install the ollo Android app, we request permission to access your device's location (to verify KYC and prevent fraud), contacts (optional, for account recovery if you forget your password), and camera (for uploading ID and proof-of-address photos during verification). We do not sell or share these permissions with third parties. Camera and contact data are deleted from our servers after KYC verification is complete. Location data is used only to confirm your jurisdiction and is encrypted on our servers.

The iOS browser version and web app do not require system permissions beyond what your browser normally grants. They can access your camera through the browser if you choose to upload ID or proof-of-address photos, but you control this on a per-action basis.

Common installation issues and solutions

If you are installing ollo on Android and see a warning about "Unknown sources", this is normal: Google Play Store is not the only safe source for Android apps. To proceed, go to your phone's Settings, find Security or Privacy, and enable "Install from Unknown sources" or "Allow installation of apps from this source". After enabling this, you can install the ollo APK. We use industry-standard code signing; our APK is safe to install. If your iPhone or browser displays a security warning when accessing ollo.asia, this usually means your device's certificate store is outdated. Update your device OS to the latest version, which refreshes security certificates.

If ollo crashes or loads slowly on your phone, try clearing your app cache (Android: Settings → Apps → ollo → Storage → Clear Cache; iOS: quit Safari and reopen). If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall ollo. If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot password" on the login screen, enter your email, and we will send a reset link. You will need to verify your identity using your phone number (we will send an SMS code to the number on file in your KYC). If you still cannot access your account after password reset, contact our multilingual support team through the in-app help menu or email; response times are typically within one to two business days.

Data, privacy, and account security on mobile

Your ollo account data—email, name, address, phone number, KYC documents, transaction history, and account balance—is encrypted both when transmitted to our servers and when stored on our servers. We use TLS 1.2 encryption for all data in transit. Locally on your phone, ollo app stores only your login token (not your password), cached account balance, and game preferences. If your phone is lost or stolen, your ollo account remains secure: only someone with your password and phone number can log in (we require phone-based two-factor authentication if a new device tries to access your account). You can remotely log out all active sessions from your account dashboard at any time, which forces a re-login on all devices.

We do not track your location once KYC is complete; location permission is requested only during account setup to verify jurisdiction. We do not access your contacts unless you explicitly tap the "Import from contacts" option during account recovery. Your ollo payment method data (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank details) is tokenised; we store only a reference, not your full credentials. Payment processing is handled by encrypted third-party processors; your card or e-wallet password never reaches our servers.
